Return Policy

If any part(s) are missing or you notice a factory defect upon opening the package, DO NOT RETURN YOUR RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® (AHPS) BACK TO THE ON-LINE OR RETAIL STORE YOU PURCHASED IT FROM. Please contact a Renzi® Stomp Louder®, Corporation Customer Support Specialist will handle all issues and feedback. Thank you!

General Guidelines for your Return

In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased online or at your favorite retail store were not what you expected, or are damaged or defective, contact RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® Customer Support Specialist and request a return. A Customer Support Specialist will promptly reply with instructions to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.

90 Day Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® or its affiliates within ninety (90) days of receipt of sale. As an added measure of service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to defective or damaged merchandise upon receipt and RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® Customer Support Specialist was notified of the damage part(s) or condition immediately after purchase (from a big box retailer) or after receipt (if purchased on line).

NOTE: A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be charged for returns of merchandise ordered online. Returned products must be in unused condition, in the original packaging and contain all accessories, paperwork and parts to ensure your account is correctly credited.

Incorrect Item Received

If the item you received was not the correct item due to a clerical error on the part of a vendor or RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® direct Web order, please contact our Customer Support Specialist for further assistance.

Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our Customer Support Specialist to request an exchange. We will assist you with returning the damaged item and sending you out a replacement. The replacement item will be shipped to the same name and address the original order was shipped to.

NOTE: RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® can not change the “Ship To” information for exchanges or replacement parts shipments.

Customer Discount Codes and Gift Cards

All Customer Discount Codes issued to any Customer will be available to use for Direct Sales only through RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® Website. The Code is not valid for any other affiliate site or retail store purchase.

Any RENZI® STOMP LOUDER® Gift Cards purchased online at renzistomplouder.com are nonrefundable and will have an expiration date assigned to each card purchased/received.
